Good day, Alex.

I'm glad to share with you the steps on how to set a default template for your estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and select Custom form styles.
  2. Look for the estimate.
  3. Under the Action drop-down list, choose Make default.

After sending your estimates, you can now review your status if they are accepted or not. When you're ready, you can convert them into an invoice and send them to your clients.

Please note that we’re releasing a new estimate and invoice layout for QuickBooks Online that can help you land jobs, keep work moving, and get paid faster. For additional info, check out this article: See what’s new with estimates and invoices in QBO.

If you have further questions about estimate templates or managing sales forms, just add them to the thread. We'll be here to help you out.
