How do you amend a Receipt or Expense snap currency? My snaps are coming up in the incorrect currency?

Hi william34,

 

Changing the currency of the Receipt transactions is not available. You can exclude these transactions to avoid adding them to your books. Then, upload them again.

 

If the same thing happens, please contact our Support team to investigate this behavior.

I also need to do this - I have expenses in GBP that get changed to USD when I upload them to QBO, even though they are coming out of a GBP account in Quickbooks. I am unable to match the £17 receipt with the £17 transaction in the bank account as the receipt shows $17. This has GOT to be fixed.

Hello Laura-louthan, thanks for posting on this thread, so multi-currency is no supported on that, it will just put it into home currency. You can exclude these transactions to avoid adding them to your books.
