How long should I have to wait for payslip emails to arrive and how do I resolve issues if they don't arrive?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, jphe.

 

The employees should receive their payslips after sending it to them. There have been reports from other customers getting the same issue with payslips that aren’t sending. Our product engineers are aware of the issue and working for a permanent fix.


Alternatively, download and manually send the payslips to your employees. This is to ensure the employees have a copy of the stubs.


I also suggest you get in touch with our QBO Care Team to add your company to the list of affected accounts. They can collect your account information in a secure environment, which we're unable to do in this public forum.


Make sure to provide the following number for easy tracking INV-44987. You'll receive a notification through email once an update is available.

 

Here’s how to contact our support team:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  2. This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  3. Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
