I am furious with the service I’ve received since open banking started. I have been requesting help restoring 3 years worth of accounts lost to the ether yet paid for. How can I get recompense before I go public on social media?

Me too...wasted far too much time on this issue.  Now told to upload CSV and guess what that's not working either!!!! I am sure HMRC won't mind waiting.  QuickBooks you should be ashamed of the level of service you are currently offering your customers.
