Changing the country of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to correct your company address is easy, @shubham-dubey-fi. I'm here to guide you throughout the process.

Before we start, I just want to discuss some information on performing this task.

In QBO, once you sign up for a subscription in a specific country, the ability to change it to another is unavailable. This means, that your company address depends on the country version of your program. Worry not because I know a way how you can change your company address to UAE Dubai. To do so, I recommend signing up for a new subscription for that country. Here's how:

1. Go to this link to sign up: Choose your country.
2. Next, click the Middle East tab.
3. From there, select United Arab Emirates. 
4. Choose whether to subscribe now or use a 30-day free trial and the type of subscription you'll be using.
5. Click Add another company, then enter your existing Intuit login credentials.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the account.

Once finished, you can cancel your current subscription to avoid double billing. Just like what Fiat suggested above.

Before doing so, I suggest exporting the name lists, chart of accounts, and products and services info from the old account to have a copy of this data for future use.
