I am paying a rental charge on a van for the company i deliver for, they take the rental cost from my wages before they enter my bank account, therefor this is not shown so how would I refect this cost when filing mt taxes

I have some information about recording your rental cost. You'll want to add it as a new transaction in QBSE. Just make sure to use the correct category for tax reporting. Let me guide you how.

1. In your QBSE account, go to the Transactions tab.
2. Scroll towards the upper-left side of the screen and select Add transaction.
3. Enter the rental charge details in the field, then tick the Select a category link. If your unsure of what to pick, you'll want to consult a tax advisor.
4. Click Save. See the image below.
