Question

I'd like to know when Intuit are going to finally let us use A4 templates as well as US Letter. Come on!

Hello Phil, Thanks for reaching out to the Community! To confirm are you referring to printing downloaded invoices from Quickbooks and the sizing for letters? Thanks-Emma

hi @EmmaM

It's been brought up many times.

QBO invoices (using the standard templates) are US Letter size = 8.50×11.00in (portrait).

This cannot be altered.

The rest of the world (I'm generalising here - I haven't actually checked!) uses A4 = 210x297mm (portrait).  Some reckless types might even want to turn that paper/pdf on its side & go 297x210mm (landscape) - but that's maybe a step too far for now.

The whole invoice template designer needs an overhaul - or, for preference, reinstating the docx template import - but maybe just allowing A4 would be a good start.

Absolutely!

Being A4 landscape reckless would be great but yes let’s not run until we can walk!
