I have a bank account connected and shows purchases and postage I also get a receipt do I upload that too or will it act as 2 sales or postage for same price?

Welcome to the Community, @tandememporium81. Let me share some information about handling entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Since your bank account is connected, your online banking transactions will be added to QuickBooks automatically. All you need to do is to review and categorize them. In this case, you don't need to upload your receipts.

 

However, if you wish to save a copy of your receipts and upload them to QuickBooks, you can always do it without any problem. Just ensure to handle them correctly to avoid duplicate records.
