I'm here to provide detailed instructions on how to subscribe and integrate Squareup to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Let me provide you the steps on how to subscribe QBO account. So you can perfectly integrate the said app. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/#price. 
2. Choose a version, then click Buy now & save. 
3. Tap Continue. 
4. Enter your Email address and Password, then hit Sign up. 
5. Follow the on-screen moves.

Before integrating the app, you'll need to do these following: 

• Connect bank account

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Banking tab on the left side.
2. Click the Link Account button.
3. Locate the account, then follow the on-screen instructions. 

• Turn in the sales tax to successfully sync the app

1. Go to the Taxes menu, then select the Sales tax tab.
2. Hit Set up VAT.
3. Follow the on-screen directions to set up the feature.
4. Leave the sales tax rate because QuickBooks handles everything once the new data is downloaded. 

• Create new accounts to track your Square sales, expense, and fees. 

1. Select Accounting, then choose Chart of Accounts. 
2. Hit the New button.
3. Complete the Account Type, Detailed Type, and Name. 
4. Tap Save and close.

• Import product and Services (optional)

After that, you can now get the application. Please follow the steps below. 

1. Log in to QBO, then leave the company open. 
2. Go to the Square by Commerce Sync page in the QuickBooks Online app store. 
3. Hit Get App now. 
4. Pick the online account, then enter your square credentials. 
5. Choose Bank and Expense accounts in the Basic Settings window.
6. Select a Payment Method.  
7. Tap Save changes and Connect. 

Once done, the recent transaction will be downloaded automatically into the system. You will receive an email compiling the downloaded transactions for the past 24 hours. To check the data, please go to the Sales or Expenses.
