Question

I have made some Product/Servcies inactive on our QB, these no loger show, but they still appear on the Quickbooks mobile APP - how can these be set to not show?

Thank you for joining us on the Community.

 

Currently; there is no specific setting to change this; however this may identify something our engineers need to know about.

 

My recommendation would be to Take a screenshot of one of the images showing as active on the Mobile App - Then contact our inbound lines to have a case raised; and these screenshots sent over to the agent via email - Alternatively; you can post the screenshots to this thread on the community. We have a process for highlighting concerns; if this is not seen as a product fault, it will have to be raised to our engineering team as a product enhancement via the feedback tool.

 

When you've got the screenshots, please either call us, or post them here so i can further discuss this with the engineering team.
