I'm here to help share insights about deleting a customer, @giraff.

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to delete a customer from your list of names. Even if you've already made a customer inactive, it'll remain from your list of inactive names.

Where also unable to determine the exact turnaround time as to when this feature will be available. Thus, I'd suggest letting our developers know about your request by sending feedback: How do I Submit Feedback?

Meanwhile, I've got another option you can consider that'll delete the list of your customers including the inactive ones. If you wish to do so, follow the steps below to delete your account:

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. In the URL or address bar, delete all the text after the last / and enter purgecompany.
    • Before: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage
    • After: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
  3. Enter Yes in the confirmation message.
  4. Click Wipe data.
