Hello there, @davidbaines.

 

You'll want to go to the Sales menu and send an email to all your customers from there. Let me show how.

 

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Select Customers at the top.
  3. Place a check-mark next to the customers that you need to email.
  4. Click the Batch actions drop-down and select Email.
