Question

I noticed today a new box for adding a new customer. There is no salutation box however. Why is that

Hi Antonia, the salutation appears on emails to customers and only allows one default can be set, you can view and edit this by going to the Cog > Account & settings > Sales > Messages. 🙂

So are you saying we can no longer have Mr, Mrs & Ms etc?? No-one could have one default as there are males & females???? Surely invoices can have salutations on them!

This is for new customers. 

Maybe you haven't understood my question, apologies.

Hello Antonia, thanks for coming back to us, so yeah the Mr/Ms ect has been removed, and the default will just be Dear "customers name" now going forward. You can always leave this as feedback within the main cog wheel>feedback this gets sent straight to the developers.
