I resubscribed via Apple and I am still not able to access my account can I speak with someone to sort this out ?

We are social media support only and we are not able to contact you by telephone. What is happening when you attempt to login to the account? We would be grateful if you can PM us with the email address associated with your QuickBooks account to enable us to assist you further.

Well I am seeing a message which states try later or contact us ,I had a similar problem a few weeks ago with  another email address connected to another account where I had to contact Apple the couldn’t solve it so they refunded me and the I spoke to QuickBooks and they couldn’t solve it either so I decided to start fresh with a new account and the same thing has happen

the email address you requested for the account I am currently having problems with is [email address removed]
