Question

I use weekly timesheets to track client hours . I can't find the option to copy previous week when opening new. Has it disappeared?

The option to "copy previous week" has been available until today. I'm wondering if weekly timesheets are now being managed somewhere else?

We haven't received updates or reports about the missing Copy last timesheet or Copy previous week option or managed somewhere else, @MAFW. No worries, I’m here to help resolve this.

Sudden changes or unexpected behavior are mostly caused by browser-related issues. Please know that the online platform uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, this can sometimes become corrupted, which can affect QuickBooks functionalities.

You can perform some troubleshooting steps to get your Copy last timesheet option available. First, open your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window for testing. Incognito Mode lets applications run smoothly without any data damage. Check out the shortcut keys below for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you’re able to see the option after logging in, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
