Any update on this?  Can we change the default text for Remittance Advices?

No update.  I have a message that I keep in word that I cut and paste onto each slip.  But no ability to change the default yet.

Since 2020 are we as users now able to access the remittance advice wording, I have searched high & low to find where to do it and failed!  The wording is still not appropriate to what I want it to say

So three and a half years later and still no change! We were the original poster of this topic! As the years go by I see people come and go but no answer.
So back to my original suggestion. No code required, no UI change.

JUST DELETE THE MESSAGE.

Please?

I would like to add my vote that this needs to be changed ASAP. The default text is so stupid and I have to change it manually EVERY time. I can't believe a basic feature like this hasn't been changed in all this time.

Same here!  I have just messaged the "feedback" line YET AGAIN to get this looked into.  What is more annoying is that being as this (I am led to believe) is an American programme they have the presumption that we in the UK (and other parts of the world) like the use " Have a Good Day" ending on their remittances!

@christine-bulbecactually you can change the have a nice day! text. You need to go to Account Settings, Sales, Messages. You'll see a drop down menu showing each send form, except remittance. But all the others are there with a custom email signature for each. As like me I've probably never seen that since originally setting my account up, so how the heck are we supposed to know if things have changed?

What seems to be a bit of an issue is the responses from Intuit help on here as I've now found out two of my complaints have either been fixed quietly, or they have been there all along but are buried. OR been given bad advice by Intuit staff on here, typically the copy and paste bot replies.

@Ashleigh1This was mentioned in another thread about how the UK doesn't have a dedicated change log as things are rolled out. They are just left to users to 'find them' Is there any news on this as it's bonkers we don't have the same as the USA site and users do. Especially after all this upheaval with the UK market and Desktop.
