If I enable the direct debit function (so customers can pay us by direct debit) how much does this cost us and how does this work?

Hello Tammy, The direct debit payment on invoices is done through an app connection with Go cardless more information on the costs can be found here as well as a FAQ guide on a video of how it works we also have some articles here
