Question

If trying to set up a customer on Direct Debit, but their bank account needs TWO signatories in order to authorise, how do I proceed ?

Hi Geraldine, Is this for paying invoices by direct debit through Go Cardless, or are you referring to a client who is taking out a subscription for QuickBooks?
