Does anyone have any experience in integrating Quickbooks with Woocommerce in WordPress? We are wanting to swap accounting software from Kashflow but want it to work well with orders made via our website. We would like automatic invoicing and to allow for payments via card, PDQ machine, deposits, purchase orders and 14 days before. Want to know how well the two work together if anyone knows please

Hi Suzy,

It looks like your query has landed here with us in the UK.

I will transfer you across to our US team who will be happy to assist you.

Hi,

I'm in the UK so would prefer a UK point of view if possible?

Though I guess I may get more replies in the US. Can I do both?

Hi Suzy,

What you want to happen is absolutely possible through an app. You have a few options for UK QBO accounts:

My Works Software -

https://apps.intuit.com/woocommerce_quickbooks_online_automatic_sync_myworks_software

OneSaas -

https://apps.intuit.com/quickbooks-online-with-woocommerce

I don't personally have experience with using these apps for WooCommerce but we have experience integrating other platforms such as Shopify and the integration works well.

In terms of transitioning from KashFlow to QuickBooks, we have more experience of this and do not recommend transferring data across as it does not go across well, particularly if you require multi currency.  Instead what we would recommend is a cut-off point from KashFlow and a list and balance transfer (i.e. customers, suppliers, chart of accounts (including balances and full list of debtors and creditors).

More than happy to have a further chat with you about this.
