Let's get this working for you, SindyS.

We haven't received any similar issues reported with CO-OP Bank not being able to connect with QuickBooks.

To get this sorted out, as an initial step, you'll want to visit your bank's website and copy its URL. Then, paste it in the Connect an account window's search box. This will let you log in to your correct bank. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the Add account button.
  3. Past your bank's URL in the Connect an account search box.
  4. Enter your User ID or Email and Password.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Follow the steps to successfully connect your bank.

Once connected, QuickBooks will automatically download your most recent transactions. To help you manage and categorise your bank transactions, see this article for your reference: Add and match downloaded bank transactions [Video].

Additionally, did you encounter any errors? If you have, the following write-up list different bank error codes and detailed troubleshooting steps to resolve them: Enhanced Standard Feed Connection Errors.

Let me know how it goes by leaving a reply below. I'll be around to keep helping. Have a great rest of your day!
