Is anyone having issues with Paypal providing the new advertised rate of 1.45% on payments to QB customers?

Hi Emma, 

 

Our client is receiving credit and debit card payments and not receiving the advertised rate. 

 

She has spoken to Paypal numerous times but they won't make the change. 

 

Is there anything you can do?

Hello Jamesa2, Can you give us a call on 08082345337 as we'll need some client details and the Community redacts email addresses as we're going to need to investigate this we'd just need a screenshot of the fees so we can see they are not calculating at that rate and any correspondence you/your client has from Paypal.Thanks
