Is it possible to save multiple shipping addresses against one customer record?

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

 

You can unfortunately only have one shipping address per customer. As a workaround, you could create multiple customers with a slight variation of the name and select which one you would like to use depending on where you are shipping to.

 

Please use the feedback option under the cog wheel to suggest this as a feature to the developers - they will look into implementing this in future updates.

This question dates back to 2019. Has the situation changed? Can we now have multiple shipping addresses for one customer?

Hi Totallockoutusa, thanks for joining this thread - it's still only possible to have one billing and shipping address per customer in QuickBooks Online. 🙇‍♀️
