Is it possible to set a default product or service for a customer ? So if you are a cleaning company and your client is JB and you have a service JB Cleaning, default ?

Currently, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You'll need to manually select a product or service every time you create any sales transactions.

This is a good idea to set a default product or service to a customer. I can send a request to our developers and let them know of this suggestion.
