Is there an option where customers have to confirm our estimates via email

Welcome to the Community page, 

There is no option for this. 

It would be a case of the customer emailing you back with their answer then you manually changing it in Quickbooks.

You may need a 3rd party app. Once your client approved your Estimate, it will generate and send the Invoice automatically.
