Question

It seems HSBC UK business account feed is not working. From hsbc side it says that some id needed to be provided from quickbooks but I see no such option. Thank you :)

Hello there, @1st-jsrl.

 

QuickBooks is reliant on the transactions transferred from your financial institution. Once entries have been cleared into your bank account, if they still aren't showing up in QuickBooks, I recommend updating it manually to sync the transactions.

 

To do that:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Hit on Update.

If the issue persists after updating your account, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can run a remote viewing session and further investigate the root cause of this matter.

 

To do that:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details.
  7. Then tap on Confirm my call.
