Good day, @hideawayhousekee.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing your concern in the QuickBooks Community page.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows our customers to upload up to 10 logos for different sales forms. That way, they can better and more easily represent their brand.

Let's make sure to use the right format when uploading it to QuickBooks. Ensure that the company logo is in a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file format. This way, you can efficiently upload it in your QBO.

If you're still getting similar results, use a private window to isolate the issue. Sometimes too much cache build-up in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This can be the reason why you're getting these error messages.

You can access this by pressing the following keys:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

Once done, try uploading the logo again. If you're able to successfully add it, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache

If the same things happen, use another supported browser

You might also want to utilize this resource for reference in modifying your sales form: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be around ready to back you up whenever you need help with uploading your company logo. I can also assist you if you have any other QuickBooks-related concerns. Keep safe and have a good one!

I'm down to answer any other future questions you might have for QBO. Post a reply here and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Take care!
