Mail shots from Quickbooks online

So I want to send a batch mail shot but when I go to send, Quickbooks picks up an email application that wont send emails out. How do I change this please

Hi Sue, thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community - we do not support mailshot or batch emailing to contacts in QuickBooks, it is only possible to send individual or batch transactions.
