Manage Credit Control

Hello

We have accounts set up for Organisations who may have 300+ employees who can place an order with us. This means the Email address on the customers account will not be the email on the Invoice. Due to this problem we were unable to use the software Chaser.

I wondered how other Intuit Customer were managing the Credit Control Management for overdue customers? as we current use Excel/Outlook.

Hello Ruth,

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

In terms of credit control, the only features available on QuickBooks at the moment are reminders - when an invoice is overdue, you will be given the option to send a reminder (you can set up the message that gets sent out under Account & Settings, and Sales), and statements. QuickBooks will show you an overview of how much of your current invoices are overdue when looking at the Invoice page, and you will be able to see any overdue balance due from specific customers when clicking on their name.

If you need any further credit control features, you may be able to find some options through a third party app. Please find attached a link to our app store: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home

Thanks,

Talia
