Many recurring sales Inv per month, all of a sudden the custom box information (in this case Order Number and Site) is now not feeding through to the monthly Invs..????

Why has this stopped? It worked fine for a good 8-9 months, it means we have to go and find the original recurring transaction or find last months invoice for the same item, which is a huge pain when a customer orders hundreds of items per month. Bit of a deal breaker if this can't be fixed.

Hi there, Aaron 1.

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing details about the recurring invoice. Then, ensure you'll be routed to the right support team to further assist you.

The issue about recurring transactions not creating on the scheduled date has been tagged as an ongoing matter. Our product engineers are now working to fix this as soon as possible.

For now, you can manually create the transactions and send them out as a workaround. You can also try to recreate the template and observe if the transaction would automatically get created on the next scheduled date.

I also suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive an update through email once this has been resolved.
