Matching credit notes on Customer Accounts - why does it not work and you you have to start again and again and it finally works

Seriously - it worked for one and then failed for the next and a simple task that should have taken a few minutes has taken over an hour.  I have refreshed and cleared cache and logged in and out and used other browsers......what a nightmare

  1. Go to (?) Help, then Contact Us.
  2. Enter a brief description of your concern, then Let's talk.
  3. Select Start a chat.
