Question

My categories which are all bespoke were always available on the app now most of them are missing

These categories were the same as on the desktop version now I can’t see them on the app only a third remain.

  1. Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General.
  2. Click on iPhone Storage and choose the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
  3. Tap Offload App to temporarily remove the app and its data, or tap on Delete App to permanently remove it and all its data. 

 

To clear the app cache on an Android device, follow these steps:

 

  1. Open your phone's Settings.
  2. Look for the QBO app.
  3. Tap the Clear data or the Clear cache option.

I did this but it has not resolved the problem

We'll have to uninstall and reinstall the app to start on a clean slate. On your device, drag the app to the Uninstall section and click Yes to confirm. Refer to the following links to reinstall the QBO mobile app:

I’m having the same issue - non of my categories are there so can’t assign expenses to correct categories- did you find a soloution?
