My customer deposits are not syncing into transactions, also there seems to be an issue with my accounts showing a red "i" and information not available message. Thankyou

Hi agmalexsgardenma, thanks for your post - are you adding the transactions manually or from the 'for-review' feed on the banking tab? Which bank provider and account type do you have connected?
