NEST contributions.csv is rejected by NEST because QBO is putting random incorrect information in the payment source and due date fields how do I configure QBO correctly.

To rectify the issue, download the file again and make sure not to open it. This will change the file format and details on the NEST contribution.

If you’re currently using QBO Payroll, perform the following steps to send the report. Here's how to accomplish this task.

1. In your QBO company, go to Reports on the left panel.
2. Enter Workplace Pension in the search field.
3. In the Select date range drop-down, select the correct period.
4. Click on the Contribution link.

If you’re using PaySuite, follow the instructions on this article: View reports in PaySuite.

The contribution should now be submitted to the pension provider.
