Question

Not happy with my customer support last night. I felt both support people were toying with me, repeating themselves and one was quite rude also.

I'm not sure what happened in the conversation, but at least you should be treated with respect as a client. We'll take note of your feedback to help us improve our process.

 

On the other hand, we're here to help you with any questions about QuickBooks Online. Did you have any unresolved issues that we can check in the Community? We can answer questions as long as they don't require to check your billing or anything that doesn't require to check your account.

My journal mapping wasn’t working and they kept me hanging to talk to their senior ? Doubt they were! Plus I kept getting asked why did I do do something? I kept explaining the reason. Then cecillia b came back and solved the journal mapping setting. Not sure why that took so long. Got cut off but my fault. Then my second person kept  repeating questions. Asking me if they explained it well which was highly annoying. The conversation was drawn out a lot longer - not sure if they get paid more for a longer conversation or they were bored!!
