Question

Now and then, random customers disappear off the app on iPhone. Logging out and back in again makes no difference. However, the customer still appears on my computer.

  1. Go to Settings and tap General.
  2. Click iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

  2. Click on Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm.

To proceed, kindly log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a regular browser. Then, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click (?) Help.
  2. Select the Search tab and hit Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue and tap Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Chat - start a conversation with our live chat support (available all day, Monday till Friday).
  • Call us - leave your number and necessary information to get a call back from available personnel. This type of assistance is available from 8:00 AM to 10 PM during weekdays and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM during weekends.
