Our banking is not being updated . There has been no changes on our side Can someone rectify it please so I can match my payments Thanks Simone

Let's get those transactions downloaded, Simone.

 

We'll have to manually update the bank account in QuickBooks Online. This refreshes the connection between your bank and our program. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select the bank account, then click Update.

If it's still not updating, let's log in to your bank's website, and check for any alerts or notifications. These messages can potentially block the program to download new transactions.

Once transactions are already downloaded, you can assign, categorise, edit, and add them.
