Print sale invoices on custom order form.

Hello, I would like to use custom made tax invoice/ invoice forms.Then, I would like to know if I use custom continuous paper forms to print through QuickBooks Online, can they be used together?

Is there any special setting required to print out that matches the form?

I'm here to ensure you're able to print your customised invoice, @Sukit. This way, you can keep track of your transactions and manage them accordingly.

 

If you've already set up a custom tax, let's then create a custom template. From there, you can make the necessary changes to enhance your sales form.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click New Style, then choose Invoice.
  3. Press the Design, Content, and Emails tab to add additional details to the form.
  4. Tap Done.

 

Once done, you can open an existing invoice or create a new one. Enter the necessary information, then select the Customise button at the footer and click the custom template. This will apply the changes you've made.
