Question

Product and services list has disappeared. Customer list has lost 90% of my customers. This had made invoicing nearly impossible. How do I restore this please?

I have tried restarting app/phone. I've even uninstalled the app. When I reinstalled the app it worked correctly for a few days but not the same thing has happened again (lost all my saved customers/services) help please!

I'm here to provide an alternative solution on how to view the lists mentioned above. Then direct you to the appropriate support channel to help you resolve the issue. 

 

If you have multiple QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts, be sure to open the correct one. This way, you'll see the customer list, products, and services list.

 

However, if it's the right company, sign in to the online program via browser. From there, create your invoices.

 

I also recommend that you contact our QBO Care Team to investigate this unusual behavior in the mobile app version. They have tools to identify the source of the problem and then assist you in how to apply a permanent solution.

 

To reach them:

 

  1. In your company, head to the Help icon at the top to display the Search window.
  2. From there, click the Contact Us link to access the What can we help you with? section and then enter a brief description of your concern in the field box.
  3. Tap the Continue button to see the list of support options.
  4. Choose Chat to start a conversation or Callback to speak with an agent.
