QBO analytics app recommendation

HI

 

I am trying to identify software that can integrate with QBO and offer the ability to build dashboards to provide me with information such as....

POs raised, today, this week, this year,...... daily / weekly trend graphs 

POs receipted / GRN'd, today, this week, this year,...... daily / weekly trend graphs 

Invoices raised, today, this week, this year,...... daily / weekly trend graphs 

POs raised but not GRN'd

POs GRN'd but not invoiced

Invoices raised but not paid, and the profile of the dwell time

All the above being categorized by "class"

    As a data analyst I can recommend either Power BI or Tableau. You can automatically extract the data from QBO into either one of those using a connector software. 

    You can also find many ready-made data analytics solutions for QBO in both Power BI and Tableau. Here is one I recently found: https://vidi-corp.com/free-quickbooks-power-bi-template/

     

    You can use the ready-made templates to get started quickly and then customise them to fit your unique requirements.
