Really annoyed with the service this week. Changed customer email and it’s sending emails to previous email! That’s not on the account.
All week I’ve been expecting a payment, today I realised, it was being sent to the wrong email. An email that is no longer linked to the customer profile. Yet for some reason is still attached!
Along with the app saying emails haven’t sent, what’s going on!
Got no idea if the customer has viewed the invoices.
If you are having problems. Let at least let your customer understand and notify us when it will be corrected!
