Rubbish customer service
Has anybody else noticed how utterly diabolical the evening customer service is?
I don't know which bit of "how do I enter Director loan items" and whether these should go in when items have been purchased for a start-up from my personal account, that they don't understand. They need to learn how to communicate with start-ups. No clear complaints policy and they don't ask for feedback.
Clearly couldn't care less about customers so I've taken to Trust Pilot and closed my account with them after being with them about 3 hours. Maybe a record!
