Dear All, 

 

Good afternoon.

 

I am looking at using an OCR software to input invoices directly to QBKs online, that is, scanned invoices fields are recognised and entered on QBKS (to save time).

 

I came across this website https://www.scan2invoice.com/scan-invoices-into-quickbooks-online/ and want to get your feedback on this (pros and cons).

Thanks for getting in touch to ask about the pros and cons of Scan2invoice. It's one of the apps we do recommend as being able to integrate with QuickBooks.

At this link you can view about the app and also reviews from other users of Scan2invoice. As we don't make the app we can't really advise on it's pros and cons so it's worth looking at the reviews and the about section to see if it will be an app that will work for you.
