Question

Sending email to customer with the quote for the job.They have replied to the quote through email and I haven't received it. Its not in junk .

Hello Jordangraham00-g, thanks for posting on the Community page, can you check if it has not been sent to your spam box, if you havent recieved it there you can ask your customer to send it again and see if it works if not then reach out to us again.

I shouldn't have to ask the customer every customer if I got the job or not.  If they don't accept I can't go around messaging every quote I do. This is loosing me work
