Should it take a long time to submit a spreadsheet for the bridging software or is there something wrong with the connection?

Hello, carol23.

There are times that the overloaded files stored in your browser are affecting the process. To check you can try to submit a spreadsheet through a private window. Here’s how:

    a. For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
    b. For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
    c. For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it runs fine on a private browser, it’d be best to clear your browser’s cache or switch to other browsers.

Used Chrome and this worked first time, thanks so much for your help - that was my first VAT return through the bridging solution :-)
