If you resubscribe after canceling a paid QuickBooks Online subscription, you'll be able to access earlier data. If it's a trial version, you can still subscribe with the same credentials and access the data as long it's within 12 months. After that, your data will no longer be available.

 

Here's how to resubscribe.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and settings.
  4. Go to Billing & subscription, click Resubscribe, then enter the updated billing information.
  5. Hit Subscribe.

 

Once done, sign out, then sign in again. It's important to ensure the process is successful. Then, verify by following the steps below.

 

  1. Go to Settings  ⚙, and select Account and settings.
  2. Click Billing & subscription, and check the Next charge date.
