Question

The biggest problem I have with quickbooks online is constant hanging of the service and it constantly ignores request to create new suppliers or customers.

Sorry to hear about the issues you have had with the system. Which browser are you using when you access QuickBooks?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To further isolate the issue, I recommend accessing your account in a Private browsing window first to verify if this is caused by the system or your browser.

 

Once able to open a private browser, kindly access your account again and try to create new suppliers or customers.

 

If it works, to ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using.
