Hello, james-garden-mai.

 

To be sure, you're referring to bank transactions that haven't been downloaded into QuickBooks Online? If so, let's manually update your bank connection to bring those transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Click Update.

 

You can also look at Starling's website for the following:

 

  • Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  • Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.

If the issue persists, please contact our QuickBooks Online Support. They can open a case to further investigate the root cause of this.

 

Once all the transactions sync inside QuickBooks, you can now start matching and categorising them to ensure they are placed in the correct accounts.
