Question

Trying to upload our logo. I have checked with the designer that it meets all of the requirements, which it does. When I click save it doesn't do anything. Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Online Community. I’m here to clarify why you’re unable to upload the logo.


We received reports that when uploading the invoice logo QBO becomes unresponsive. Our engineers are currently working towards finding a fix to get this feature up and running again.

      
I want to ensure you’re looped in about the progress, so I recommend you get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Customer Care Team. They can add your company to the list of affected users to receive email updates.


To contact them:

 

  1. Go to Help at the top, then click on the Contact Us link.
  2. In the How can we help? window, enter contact support in the field box.
  3. Select Let’s talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us.
  5. Select Chat or Call us.

I’ll be updating the thread once the permanent solution is released.
