We have hotels as suppliers and customers, can you duplicate supplier info to create a customer account so I don't have to retype same details each time?

You have just repeated what you said earlier and not answered my question. I really don't know how else to re phrase it.
If i set up a supplier is there a button that I can press that will copy the information and let me save it as a customer with a slightly amended name so they aren't the same - I am well aware they can't be exactly the same name as I have to enter so many of them as both a supplier and customer. I find quick books utterly frustrating.
