Weekly timesheet function in QBO is not importing to QB advanced payroll, it creates a new employee every time and doesn not link the the employees already set up.

Hello there, @donna15

 

You can select the drop-down of names to view the existing list of names to your employee.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the +New icon.
  2. Under the Employees, click the Weekly timesheet.
  3. Select an employee.
  4. Choose a Pay type.
  5. Enter the hours your employee worked.
  6. Click Save and close.
